Browser Configuration


Citadon CW Browser Configuration

  1. Start Internet Explorer.


  2. From the Tools pull-down menu, select Internet Options.


  3. Under Temporary Internet Files, click on the Settings button.


  4. Under Check for newer versions of stored pages, select Every visit to the page.


  5. Click OK to save your changes.


  6. Select the Security tab.


  7. Select the Trusted Sites zone and click the Sites button.


  8. Make sure Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone is unchecked.


  9. In the field Add this Web site to the zone: type in citadon.co.uk, and click the Add button.
  10. (citadon.co.uk should now be added to the list of Web sites.)

  11. Select the Advanced tab.


  12. Scroll down until you see Browsing; Verify that Reuse windows for launching shortcuts is un-checked. (Disabling this function will ensure that any URL links you select from an email notification will open in a new browser window rather than overwriting any content or information displayed in an existing browser window.)


  13. Scroll down until you see Java (Sun); Verify that Use JRE_1.5.0_XX... is checked.


  14. Scroll down until you see Security; Verify that both SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 are checked.


  15. Click OK to save your changes.


If you have Windows XP with SP2 installed, please follow these additional steps below:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.


  2. Select Tools > Pop-up Blocker > Pop-up Blocker Settings...


  3. In the field Address of Web site to allow: type citadon.co.uk, and click on the Add button


  4. You should then see citadon.co.uk under Allowed sites.


  5. Click Close to save your changes.
